Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about KredSLA—what we do, how it works, and why we built it.

About KredSLA
What is KredSLA?+

KredSLA is an automated credit recovery platform designed specifically for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs). We monitor your cloud infrastructure, detect outages, and automatically file Service Level Agreement (SLA) credit claims on your behalf—so you get back every dollar you are owed without lifting a finger.

What is our mission?+

Our mission is to bring fairness, accountability, and transparency to cloud SLAs. We firmly believe that when a cloud provider fails to meet its uptime guarantees, customers should be compensated automatically—without having to navigate bureaucratic claims processes.

Why did we build KredSLA?+

We saw first-hand that cloud outages are inevitable, but claiming the credits guaranteed by SLAs is tedious and time-consuming. Most SMB engineering teams simply don't have the bandwidth to chase these credits, leaving real money on the table. We built KredSLA so your engineers can focus on fixing problems—not filing paperwork.

How It Works
How does the automated credit recovery work?+

Once you securely connect your cloud accounts, KredSLA continuously monitors your infrastructure for downtime. When an outage breaches your provider's SLA, we automatically gather diagnostic evidence, format and file the claim, and track its status until credits are applied to your billing account.

Which cloud providers are supported?+

KredSLA supports AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We monitor SLA compliance across all major services including compute, storage, databases, and networking.

Do I need to install agents on my servers?+

No. KredSLA integrates directly with your cloud provider's APIs and native observability tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Monitoring, OCI Observability). There is no need to install any performance-draining agents on your infrastructure.

Security & Pricing
Is my cloud account data secure?+

Yes. KredSLA uses read-only API credentials and follows SOC 2 best practices. We never store your secret keys and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We only request the minimum permissions needed to detect outages and file claims.

How much does KredSLA cost?+

KredSLA operates on a success-based model for most tiers—we only take a small percentage of the credits we successfully recover for you. If we don't recover anything, you pay nothing.
